Booster Meeting


Good Morning Parents,

We will be having our next General Booster Club meeting next Tuesday night from 6:30 to 7:30 in Coach Smith's room. I would like to apologize for not having this meeting sooner...we have struggled this year between school events, Coach Smith and Booster member's schedules, Action practices and football games to set dates that work for everyone. Our goal is always to have as many of you attend as possible. I have attached our last booster club meeting minutes that will be up for approval at our meeting for your review. I have also attached an agenda for the meeting. If you feel there are any other items you wish to discuss at the meeting please send me an email and I will be happy to add your item to the agenda for discussion. We ask that everyone come on time so we can keep the meeting to 1 hour and to remind you that this is a parent meeting and no cheerleaders should be brought to the meeting. 
If your cheerleader has items they want discussed you can represent them or they can discuss with their Captains/Coach Smith.

Palm Desert Game Varsity

Palm Desert Week!

Friday to school- Wear Uniforms, toms or cheer shoes- feel free to add some red, like bows or socks.  Cheer jacket, or Letterman sweater or jackets ONLY with the uniform. If you wear the wrong thing you will be benched!
Goody bags delivered to first period.

Friday Night- Hair down, braided in the front to the right. MUST HAVE HAIR TIE ON WRIST. Either nicely straightened or curled. MUST LOOK DONE AND NICE. You WILL Not fiddle with it during the game. Use regular poms. Wear uniform, liner, and cheer shoes.
Report to the cheer bin at 5:15- boxes loaded to trailer.
Bus leaves after that.
Unload boxes at PD quickly, and nicely take boxes to field and set them up QUICKLY!
Warm-up stunts. (Remember what number they are and which side they are performed on)
Bring signs to hang up on the fence there too!


REMINDERS- Group A and B know what stunt you will do next on the sideline. Captains always have another cheer ready to go, and know what you will do for a time out. LOTS OF CROWD ENCOURAGEMENTS. LOTS of tumbling!

We have poms and stuff for you to give out after warm-ups too. Encourage people to come and help us cheer on our team!
